Biathlon is a pretty neat sport - at least I think so, and I hope you do too. Unfortunately, the bulk of the Canadian population hasn't recognized that yet, which means the sport as a whole is not funded very fully in our country. For this reason, myself and many Canadian biathletes like me rely heavily on the financial support of sponsors to fund our athletic careers.
I have created an informational page right here on my site that outlines some of the costs associated with my athletic career. This page is honest and contains personal information regarding my yearly budget so, as I'm sure you can understand, I have limited its accessibility by making it password protected. If you are someone, or know someone, who might be interested in supporting my journey- let's chat! I will be more than happy to share the password with you so that you can view the page and get a better understanding of the support I am looking for. You can access the page here:
Not in a position to develop a partnership? No worries! Feel free to still send me a message and say hi!
Every bit of support is truly very appreciated.
Interested in a larger contribution? Our national sport organization, Biathlon Canada, is a registered non-profit organization that is actively searching for new partnerships. Check out their website below to see how you could help up-and-coming biathletes across the country.
In 2021 I became a recipient of a financial grant from Canadian Athletes Now (a.k.a CANFund), a non-profit organization that supports athletes who represent Canada in sport. Each successful grant recipient receives $6000 to put towards the expenses incurred by training and competing. CANFund is an amazing organization, driven by an incredibly inspiring and kind-hearted team. To learn more about this non-profit, click HERE. To donate to the grant program, click the button below.
